Job Purpose:
We are looking for a motivated Support Executive to join our dynamic Support team. To act as the first point of contact for customers, record and manage service requests or issues through a ticketing system, ensure timely follow-up, and maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, log, and track customer issues, queries, or requests via email, phone, or chat.
• Create and manage tickets in the support system Like HubSpot Service Hub.
  
• Good Communication Skill in Mandarin and should be able to understand and speak English.

• Acknowledge customer requests and provide regular updates until resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical or operations) to ensure timely closure of tickets.
• Escalate critical or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare basic weekly reports on ticket status and performance
  metrics.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback with relevant departments for process improvement.
• Track SLA timelines and ensure all tickets are closed within agreed time frames.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience: 1 - 3 years
Experience working in a service-oriented or B2B environment preferred.
Hands on Experience of HubSpot Service is preferred
Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin & English.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and communicate
  effectively.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving
  methodologies.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points):

• Familiarity with HubSpot.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
