Qualification任職要求:
1, more than10 years of experience in Storage and Transportation in the chemical or oil refining industry. Fully familiar with GB code or American standards & codes.

2, Has experience in design of oversea projects such as tank areas, external pipenet, vehicle & train loading & unloading stations, flares. Applicants with design experience in offshore engineering projects (such as FLNG) will be given priority.

3, At least 1~2 large-scale FEED or DED execution experience for chemical and refining projects.

4, Experience of support for procurement, technical agreement negotiation and site service during construction stage.

5, Language requirement: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
英語，聽說讀寫流利。
