職位概述 / General Responsibilities
成本會計負責確保生產成本的準確性并維護標準成本，進行成本差異分析并跟蹤，協助ERP系統(tǒng)實施，協助在啟東工廠新ERP系統(tǒng)中設置物料清單（BOM）和工藝路線。The cost accountant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of production costs and maintaining standard costs. They conduct cost variance analysis and tracking, assist in ERP system implementation, and help set up Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing in the new ERP system for the Qidong site.
工作職責 / Specific Duties
分析并計算生產成本，包括直接材料、直接人工和制造費用Analyze and calculate production costs, including direct materials, direct labor, and overhead.
進行差異分析，識別成本節(jié)約領域和低效環(huán)節(jié)Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of cost savings and inefficiencies.
為管理層準備成本報告和演示材料Prepare cost reports and presentations for management.
協助財務規(guī)劃與分析Assist in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
監(jiān)控庫存水平和成本，執(zhí)行實物盤點和差異核對Monitor inventory levels and costs, conduct physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
協助庫存估值和銷售成本確定Assist in inventory valuation and determination of cost of goods sold.
參與年度預算和成本預測編制Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and cost forecasts.
監(jiān)控實際成本與預算金額的差異并提供解釋Monitor actual costs against budgeted amounts and provide variance explanations.
審核并更新標準成本Review and update standard costs.
確保成本的準確記錄和分攤Ensure accurate recording and allocation of costs.
協助內外部審計工作Assist in internal and external audits.
任職資格 / Qualifications
會計、財務或相關專業(yè)本科學歷Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
至少3年成本會計或相關領域經驗，至少3年總賬（GL）和報表經驗At least 3 years of experience in cost accounting or a related field, with at least 3 years in general ledger (GL) and reporting.
較強的分析和問題解決能力Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
精通Excel和會計軟件Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
注重細節(jié)和準確性Attention to detail and accuracy.
