Job Responsibilities
1. Develop quality inspection standards, create product control plans, and analyze potential failure modes for the production process to ensure effective product control.
2. Monitor and oversee the entire product process, including raw materials, production, and final product inspection, to ensure quality compliance.
3. During the Prototype, production stage, the product quality status can be improved by monitoring control points of each section of the production line in real-time, analyzing discovered quality problems, and formulating improvement measures in a timely manner.
4. Manage and organize data on defective products in the production line. Analyze quality defects discovered during production and develop corrective and preventive measures to prevent the release of defective products.
5. Optimize the production process, propose improvement suggestions, and promote enhancements to boost production efficiency and product quality.
6. Ensure the company's quality management system is maintained and continuously improved and perfected.
7. Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers, handle customer complaints in 8D reports independently, develop and promote corrective and improvement measures, and ensure timeliness, accuracy, and effectiveness to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualification Requirements:
1. College degree or higher in electronics, preferred candidates with EMS work experience.
2. Over 5 years of applicable work experience in SMT production processes and quality control, capable of independently analyzing and resolving abnormal issues.
3. Familiar with quality management systems and having experience in production process management.
4. Capable of handling various types of quality issues and possessing strong cross-departmental communication skills.
5. Ability to develop and implement various quality inspection and control standards, as well as related process documents such as FMEA, SPC, CP, QSA, and QPA.
6. Ability to develop sampling plans, finalize quality reports, and complete 8D reports.
7. Language: English MUST, German Plus.
8. Green Belt preferred, Black Belt Plus.
9. Experience in Industrial Field MUST, Automotive Plus.
