渠道銷售工業(yè)品銷售
崗位職責(zé)
1. 銷售目標(biāo)執(zhí)行:根據(jù)公司整體銷售計劃,制定個人及所負(fù)責(zé)小組的銷售目標(biāo)與執(zhí)行方案,通過積極開拓與維護客戶,確保銷售任務(wù)按時達成。
2. 客戶開發(fā)與維護:主動挖掘潛在客戶資源,開展客戶拜訪、需求溝通與商務(wù)洽談,推動新客戶合作;同時維護現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系,定期跟進客戶動態(tài),處理訂單執(zhí)行中的問題,提升客戶復(fù)購率與忠誠度。
3. 渠道管理:開發(fā)新的合作經(jīng)銷商等銷售渠道,提升銷售業(yè)績,并配合渠道策略,協(xié)助管理區(qū)域內(nèi)合作經(jīng)銷商,提供必要的支持(如產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)、市場活動配合),推動經(jīng)銷商完成銷售指標(biāo),保障渠道順暢運作。
4. 市場信息收集:關(guān)注所負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)域的市場動態(tài)、競品策略及客戶反饋,及時整理并反饋給上級,為公司調(diào)整銷售策略和產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化提供參考。
5. 銷售流程跟進:負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助報價、合同起草與跟進簽訂,協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源確保訂單履約,跟進貨款回收,確保銷售流程合規(guī)高效。
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Execution: Develop personal/team targets and action plans; achieve goals via client acquisition/maintenance.
2. Customer Development: Identify prospects, conduct visits/negotiations, and secure new partnerships. Maintain client relationships, resolve order issues, and boost loyalty/repurchase rates.
3. Channel Management: Develop new distributors/channels; support existing partners via training/marketing aid to achieve targets and ensure operational smoothness.
4. Market Intelligence: Monitor market/competitor activities; compile and report insights for strategy optimization.
5. Sales Process: Assist in pricing/contract drafting; coordinate order fulfillment/payment collection; ensure process compliance.

任職要求
1. 學(xué)歷與專業(yè):本科及以上學(xué)歷,理工科、市場營銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先,具備工業(yè)行業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識者優(yōu)先。
2. 工作經(jīng)驗:5年以上銷售工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉銷售全流程運作,有經(jīng)銷商資源,工業(yè)領(lǐng)域銷售經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
3. 能力素質(zhì):具備良好的客戶溝通與商務(wù)談判能力,有較強的目標(biāo)感和執(zhí)行力;能快速適應(yīng)市場變化,具備一定的問題解決能力和抗壓性。
4. 技能要求:熟練使用Office辦公軟件,掌握基礎(chǔ)的銷售數(shù)據(jù)分析方法。
5. 語言能力:英語CET-4,或能進行英文商務(wù)溝通。
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s+ in engineering/marketing (industrial knowledge preferred).
2. Experience: 5+ years in sales, full-cycle operations familiarity, distributor resources, and industrial experience (preferred).
3. Skills: Client negotiation, goal-driven execution, adaptability, problem-solving, and stress management.
4. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and basic sales data analysis.
5. Language: CET-4 or equivalent business English proficiency.
