崗位內(nèi)容: 1. 負(fù)責(zé)公司所有新媒體賬號(hào)的管理和更新,包括但不限于微信公眾號(hào)、微博等; 2. 根據(jù)公司整體營(yíng)銷方向,制定并執(zhí)行線上營(yíng)銷策略,提升品牌知名度和銷售轉(zhuǎn)化率; 3. 維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,并負(fù)責(zé)新媒體平臺(tái)的數(shù)據(jù)分析和報(bào)告撰寫; 4. 不斷跟進(jìn)行業(yè)和社交媒體趨勢(shì),為新媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)提供第一手資訊和創(chuàng)意點(diǎn)子。 任職要求: 1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、新聞傳媒或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮; 2. 熟悉運(yùn)用各種社交媒體平臺(tái)及相關(guān)運(yùn)營(yíng)工具,掌握至少一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的社交媒體推廣案例; 3. 具備良好的溝通表達(dá)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,敢于挑戰(zhàn)和突破自我; 4. 富有創(chuàng)造力和靈活性,能夠在多任務(wù)和壓力下高效完成工作。 Job Description: Manage and update all the company’s new media accounts, including but not limited to WeChat Official Account, Weibo, etc. Develop and execute online marketing strategies based on the company’s overall marketing direction to enhance brand awareness and sales conversion rates. Maintain customer relationships and perform data analysis and report writing for new media platforms. Continuously follow industry and social media trends to provide first-hand insights and creative ideas for new media operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with preference given to majors in Marketing, Journalism, Media, or related fields. Familiarity with various social media platforms and related operational tools; mastery of at least one outstanding social media promotion case.
