一、 職位描述
1、 在外貿(mào)經(jīng)理的帶領(lǐng)下，利用公司的平臺(tái)和國(guó)內(nèi)外展會(huì)等多渠道的資源，跟蹤并維護(hù)老客戶(hù)，并逐步開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶(hù)。
2、 了解并熟悉產(chǎn)品及其生產(chǎn)流程，做好外貿(mào)訂單的跟蹤。
3、 業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)資料的整理和歸檔。
4、 及時(shí)匯報(bào)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)工作。
二、 任職條件和要求
1、 態(tài)度樂(lè)觀(guān)，有自信心；責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，做事認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，有恒心，吃苦耐勞。有良好的交際能力，善于與人溝通，有強(qiáng)烈的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
2、 大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷，專(zhuān)業(yè)不限。
3、 英語(yǔ)的寫(xiě)作能力較好，能讀懂并恰當(dāng)回復(fù)客戶(hù)的商務(wù)郵件；英語(yǔ)的口語(yǔ)表達(dá)流利，跟客人能在電話(huà)或者面對(duì)面進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的溝通洽談，引導(dǎo)客戶(hù)確定訂單和相關(guān)細(xì)節(jié)。
4、 能配合外貿(mào)經(jīng)理做好相關(guān)工作。
A. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Under the leadership of the Sales Manager of the Foreign Trade Department, you should make use of the company’s B-to-B website and domestic & overseas trade fairs etc. sources to follow old customers and gradually develop new customers.
2. Get to know our products and get familiar with them and their producing processes, in order to do a good job to follow well the foreign trade orders.
3. Make all related files and documents to be well arranged and recorded.
4. Report your work to the manager.
B. CONDITIONS & REQUIREMENTS
1. Should be optimistic, confident with yourself and responsible for work. Should be persevere and work hard to achieve the goal. Should be social and communicative. Have team spirit to work together with others to acomplish a task.
2. Education background: colleage and above. No limit for subject.
3. Good at writing in English. Can read in English and reply email from customer in an appropriate way. Have a good master of fluent oral English to talk with customers face-to-face or via phone call, so as to lead the customer to confirm order and related details.
4. Can coordinate with the sales manager to accomplish work.
