- Assist QHSE Manager in implementing QHSE policies, conducting audits, and preparing compliance reports.
- Perform regular site inspections to identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions with construction teams.

- Organize HSE training programs for contractors and subcontractors.
- Maintain QHSE records and ensure timely submission to regulatory authorities.
- Track adherence to environmental regulations and report deviations to the QHSE Manager.
崗位要求：
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or related fields; Master’s degree preferred for complex offshore projects.
- Fluent English; proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Willing to transfer internationally and spend extended durations at various contract work sites.
- 5+ years in offshore/oil & gas QHSE roles, with hands-on experience in FPSO EPC projects.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractor compliance and resolve safety and quality conflicts.
