崗位職責(zé)：
- Assist the QHSE Manager and Construction Manager in implementing and monitoring the project’s HSE management system, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and regulations.
- Enforce safe work practices and ensure adherence to project-specific HSE plans.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and non-conformities; prepare root-cause analysis reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain records of HSE inspections, training, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Deliver HSE inductions and toolbox talks to contractors, subcontractors, and project personnel.
- Support the QHSE Manager in developing and implementing HSE training programs.
- Assist in developing and testing emergency response plans.
- Act as a first responder during emergencies and coordinate with onsite medical and rescue teams.
- Provide daily/weekly HSE performance updates to the Construction Manager.
- Submit technical HSE reports to the QHSE Manager for review and action.
- Liaise with client HSE representatives, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies during inspections.
- Manage HSE documentation, including permits, MSDS, and equipment certifications.
- Utilize digital tools for incident tracking and compliance monitoring.

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience with HSE software and data analytics. Familiarity with FPSO-specific risks.
- Extensive QA/QC project management experience from Engineering, Fabrication through to Hook Up and Commissioning.
- Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills to enforce HSE standards in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills to engage multicultural teams and subcontractors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate critical issues to management promptly.
