We are seeking a motivated and skilled scientist to lead and support
organ chip research projects focused on modeling neurodevelopment and
evaluating the effects of nutritional components. The ideal candidate will have
a strong background in developmental neuroscience, organoid culture, and
microphysiological systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently
design and execute organoid/organ chip-based research projects related to
brain development, including modeling of neuronal, glial, and blood-brain
barrier (BBB) compartments. - Develop and
optimize protocols for the differentiation and co-culture of iPSC-derived
neurons, microglia, astrocytes, and/or BBB components. - Establish 3D
neurodevelopmental models and evaluate the impact of nutritional compounds
(e.g., DHA, HMOs, prebiotics, micronutrients) on neuronal maturation,
synaptogenesis, inflammation, and functional connectivity. - Implement
cellular, molecular, and functional assays (e.g., immunostaining, qPCR,
cytokine profiling, calcium imaging, multi-electrode array recording) to
assess organoid responses to nutritional interventions. - Contribute to
the development of a functional screening platform for evaluating the
efficacy of bioactive nutritional components. - Coordinate
project progress, ensure high-quality data collection and analysis, and
participate in manuscript and report writing in both Chinese and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD or
equivalent in Neuroscience, Developmental Biology, Biomedical Engineering,
or related fields. - Experience with
human iPSC culture and neural differentiation is essential. - Familiarity
with organ-on-a-chip systems or advanced 3D culture models. - Knowledge of
nutritional neuroscience, gut-brain axis, or neuroinflammation is a strong
plus. - Proven ability
to manage and execute multidisciplinary research projects. - Excellent
communication skills and scientific writing ability in both English and
Chinese.

- 獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)并執(zhí)行基于類器官/器官芯片的神經(jīng)發(fā)育相關(guān)研究項(xiàng)目,包括神經(jīng)元、膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞和血腦屏障等模塊的建模;
- 建立并優(yōu)化人源iPSC分化為神經(jīng)元、小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞、星形膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞及血腦屏障等細(xì)胞類型的培養(yǎng)和共培養(yǎng)體系;
- 構(gòu)建三維神經(jīng)發(fā)育模型,系統(tǒng)評(píng)估營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分(如DHA、人乳低聚糖、益生元、微量元素等)對(duì)神經(jīng)發(fā)育過(guò)程中的成熟、突觸形成、炎癥反應(yīng)及功能連接的影響;
- 應(yīng)用細(xì)胞與分子生物學(xué)方法(如免疫染色、qPCR、細(xì)胞因子分析、鈣成像、多電極陣列記錄等)評(píng)估類器官對(duì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)干預(yù)的反應(yīng);
- 參與營(yíng)養(yǎng)功能成分的篩選平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā),推動(dòng)其在功能驗(yàn)證中的應(yīng)用;
- 協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展,確保高質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)收集與分析,撰寫(xiě)項(xiàng)目報(bào)告與中英文科研論文。
任職要求:
- 擁有神經(jīng)科學(xué)、發(fā)育生物學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)的博士學(xué)位;
- 具有人源iPSC培養(yǎng)及神經(jīng)分化經(jīng)驗(yàn);
- 熟悉類器官/器官芯片系統(tǒng)或先進(jìn)三維培養(yǎng)技術(shù);
- 具有營(yíng)養(yǎng)神經(jīng)科學(xué)、腸-腦軸或神經(jīng)炎癥研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
- 具備良好的項(xiàng)目管理和跨學(xué)科協(xié)作能力;
- 具備優(yōu)秀的中英文溝通能力和科研寫(xiě)作能力。
