工作內(nèi)容:
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate procurement records and update ERP/MRP systems;
創(chuàng)建并管理采購訂單(PO),確保符合公司政策。準確維護采購記錄并及時更新ERP/MRP系統(tǒng);
Support supplier negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts with the Sourcing team to achieve cost savings;
支持策略采購團隊與供應(yīng)商談判價格、條款和合同,實現(xiàn)成本節(jié)約;
Monitor supplier performance in delivery, quality, and lead times; resolve any issues promptly;
監(jiān)督供應(yīng)商在交付、質(zhì)量和交期方面的績效,及時解決問題;
Work with Production, Planning, and Inventory Control (PMC) to prevent shortages, excess, or obsolescence;
與生產(chǎn)、計劃和庫存控制(PMC)團隊合作,避免發(fā)生物料短缺、過剩或報廢;
Support initiatives focused on cost reduction and process efficiency;
推動降本和流程優(yōu)化項目;
61Assess and onboard new suppliers as required. Track supplier delivery and quality performance to meet project requirements;
根據(jù)需要評估并引進新供應(yīng)商,跟蹤供應(yīng)商交付和質(zhì)量表現(xiàn),確保滿足項目要求;
61Partner with the Sourcing team to develop strategies that optimize supply chains and reduce costs;
與策略采購團隊合作制定并實施采購策略,優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈、降低成本、提升效率;
61Ensure adherence to all applicable procurement laws and regulations.
確保采購活動遵守相關(guān)法律法規(guī)。
任職要求:
2–5 years of procurement and supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing;
2-5年采購與供應(yīng)鏈管理經(jīng)驗,有制造業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先;
Solid understanding of procurement processes and MRP/inventory control;
熟悉采購流程、MRP 物料需求計劃及庫存控制;
Skilled in negotiation, communication, and supplier management;
擅長談判、溝通及供應(yīng)商管理;
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
具備出色的分析和解決問題能力;
Able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment;
能在快節(jié)奏環(huán)境中獨立處理多項任務(wù);
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality;
注重細節(jié),追求高質(zhì)量工作成果;
Physically healthy as the individual must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
