Responsibilities:
1.Overall planning and coordination of the company’s human resources and administrative strategies.
2.Based on the company’s development strategy and business plan, organize the formulation of long-term, medium-term, and annual plans for the strategic development of human resources, and supervise the implementation of all plans.
3.Organize and carry out daily administrative and personnel work such as recruitment, training, compensation and performance management, corporate culture building, administrative and logistics management, and employee development.
4.Coordinate the formulation of the annual human resources cost budget, review and control human resource costs at various stages, reasonably allocate personnel at different levels, adjust the company’s organizational structure appropriately, and optimize the organization.
5.Organize, formulate, and implement the company’s various systems and work processes, and put forward rationalization suggestions.
6.Develop effective performance appraisal plans, and provide relevant strategic planning suggestions and goal management.
7.Establish and improve the internal compliance system, conduct compliance training and supervision inspections to ensure that employees' behaviors comply with company systems and legal regulations.
8.Handle major human resources and administrative issues in the company’s management process, as well as related labor disputes and controversies, and prevent employment risks.
9.Fully responsible for administrative and logistics management to ensure the smooth daily operation of the company.
10.Responsible for enterprise safety management to ensure the safety of employees and company property.
11.Responsible for the company’s external liaison work with government departments.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Corporate Management, or related fields.
2.At least 5 years of experience in human resources and administrative work; candidates with work experience in large manufacturing companies or foreign-invested enterprises are preferred.
3.Fluent in spoken English and proficient in written English.
4.Proficient in human resource management theories and practices, familiar with labor laws and regulations, social security policies, etc. in global and target markets, with strong awareness and ability in compliance risk management.
5.Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex employee relations, cross-departmental collaboration, and crisis incidents.
6.Strong data analysis ability, able to identify problems and opportunities in human resources and administrative work through data insights, and drive decision optimization.
