Responsibilities: - Hunt and sign up new key & enterprise accounts (e-Commerce / platform / marketplace ) - Develop a sales strategy to meet KPI and revenue target, in consultation with the manager and senior management team - Identify high-potential sales leads, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with clients - Meet assigned sales target & company KPI Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. - At least 5 years of relevant work experience in business development. - Industry knowledge in Payment / e-Commerce / Fintech domains area. - Strong customer and stakeholder orientation, with excellent analytical skills. - Experience in financial services or merchant relationship is a plus. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proactive and goal-oriented attributes. - Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua will be an added advantage.
