我們正在打造足球相關(guān)的短視頻內(nèi)容賬號，現(xiàn)招募一位外籍出鏡內(nèi)容共創(chuàng)伙伴，一起制作有趣、有表現(xiàn)力、有網(wǎng)感的內(nèi)容。這是偏“內(nèi)容型藝人”的崗位，而不是普通兼職。
工作內(nèi)容:
1. 參與短視頻拍攝出鏡
2. 配合完成搞笑、反應(yīng)類、討論類、整活類內(nèi)容
3. 根據(jù)腳本進行表演，也能自由發(fā)揮臨場反應(yīng)
4. 參與簡單內(nèi)容共創(chuàng)（給反應(yīng)、給梗、互動）
基礎(chǔ)要求（必須具備）:
1. 重度社交媒體用戶，熟悉 TikTok / Instagram / YouTube Shorts 等短視頻風(fēng)格
2. 性格外向，表現(xiàn)欲強，不怯場，鏡頭前能放得開
3. 鏡頭感好，面對鏡頭自然，有感染力
4. 懂足球，熟悉主流聯(lián)賽、球隊、球星
5. 表情豐富，情緒反應(yīng)明顯，適合短視頻表達
優(yōu)先考慮（加分項）:
1. 人來瘋體質(zhì)，舞臺感強
2. 有才藝（唱歌 / 跳舞 / 模仿 / 搞笑表演等）
3. 有短視頻拍攝或出鏡經(jīng)驗
4. 自帶賬號，有內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作意識
5. 會簡單中文，能交流
6. 能接受搞笑、整活、輕夸張表演風(fēng)格
7. 工作配合要求
8. 可穩(wěn)定出鏡頻率（如每周可拍攝 n次）
9. 時間觀念強，不遲到、不臨時放鴿子
Part-Time Foreign On-Camera Content Creator (Football Short Videos)
Role Overview:
We are building a football-focused short video content channel and are looking for a foreign on-camera content co-creator to join us in producing engaging, expressive, and internet-savvy content. This role is closer to a content personality/talent position rather than a typical part-time job.
Responsibilities:
1. Appear in short-form video shoots
2. Collaborate on humorous, reaction-based, discussion, and entertainment-style content
3. Perform based on scripts while also being able to improvise naturally
4. Participate in simple content co-creation, including reactions, ideas, and interactions
Basic Requirements (Must-Have):
1. Heavy social media user, familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content trends
2. Outgoing personality with strong expressiveness; comfortable and confident on camera
3. Good camera presence; natural, engaging, and not stiff in front of the lens
4. Knowledgeable about football, including major leagues, teams, and players
5. Rich facial expressions and clear emotional reactions suitable for short video formats
Preferred Qualifications (Plus):
1. Naturally energetic and performative personality
2. Talents such as singing, dancing, impersonation, or comedy performance
3. Previous short video or on-camera experience
4. Own social media accounts with content creation awareness
5. Basic Chinese language ability
6. Comfortable with humorous, exaggerated, and entertainment-driven content styles
7. Work Style & Reliability Requirements
8. Able to maintain a stable on-camera schedule, for example, available for filming multiple times per week
9. Strong sense of punctuality; no frequent lateness or last-minute cancellations
