We are seeking a Logistics Planner to oversee and execute
daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the
following core tasks and meet the specified requirements:
Core Job Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily shipments based on customer orders and delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and carriers to ensure on-time pickups and
deliveries. - Monitor transportation routes and adjust plans in real time to address delays or disruptions.
- Track shipments and delivery status to provide updates to internal teams and customers.
- Manage documentation such as bills of lading, shipping labels, customs forms, and delivery receipts.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to prioritize loading/unloading activities based on shipment urgency.
- Use logistics software (TMS) to schedule, monitor, and report on logistics operations.
- Resolve day-to-day issues related to transport delays, damaged goods, or customer complaints.
Core Requirements for the Position
- Possess a strong customer service mindset, with the ability to proactively identify customer needs and deliver solutions that enhance satisfaction.
- Have excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of bridging gaps between internal teams, external partners and customers to drive smooth workflow.
- Equipped with basic financial knowledge, skilled in properly managing accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities, able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent spoken and written English,candidates proficient in other foreign languages, such as Russian or Italian, will be given priority.

- 協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)商、倉(cāng)庫(kù)及承運(yùn)商,確保貨物按時(shí)提貨與送達(dá);
- 監(jiān)控運(yùn)輸路線,實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)整方案以應(yīng)對(duì)延誤或突發(fā)問(wèn)題;
- 跟蹤貨物運(yùn)輸及交付狀態(tài),及時(shí)向內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)與客戶同步進(jìn)展;
- 管理物流相關(guān)文件,包括提單、運(yùn)輸標(biāo)簽、海關(guān)單據(jù)及交付回執(zhí);
- 與倉(cāng)庫(kù)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,根據(jù)貨物運(yùn)輸緊急程度,優(yōu)先安排裝卸貨工作;
- 使用物流管理系統(tǒng)(TMS)完成運(yùn)輸調(diào)度、過(guò)程監(jiān)控及運(yùn)營(yíng)報(bào)表生成;
- 處理日常物流問(wèn)題,如運(yùn)輸延誤、貨物損壞及客戶投訴等。
