Job Summary:
Responsible for the research and development of organic fine chemicals and additives used in plastic, coating& ink, mining, and other industries.
Key responsibilities:
Trial preparation and execution according to written procedures
Basic laboratory characterization of raw materials, finished goods, lab preparations, and outgoing samples
Analysis of the trial outcomes and optimization of the process
Preparation, maintenance, and security of a detailed lab notebook
Identification of all novel intellectual property generated, adhering to intellectual property protection
Contribute to laboratory management, maintain 5S/safety at the required level
Other tasks as required
