Xin Yuan Enterprises Group Limited. (hereinafter referred to as “Xin Yuan Group”), was established in 2010 which is a listed enterprise in Hong Kong that principally provides asphalt and bulk carrier chartering services by various types of charter agreement.

By now, Xin Yuan Group own ten asphalt vessel with capacity of 7000 to12800 dwt, two capesize vessels with capacity of 170,000 to 200,000dwt. The total quantity of asphalt vessels will reach up to 12 and the transport capacity will be almost 450,000DWT. According to the F&S Report, our Group ranked fourth in the global asphalt tanker chartering services market in terms of total carrying capacity (dwt) of vessels and in terms of revenue.
