You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy. - - The work model for the role is: onsite - - This role is contributing to the EL smart power in Jiangmen. - - You will be mainly accountable for: - Responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule and then release work order to IPU which can be executed. - - Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities： - Master Production Schedule, Translates forecasts, incoming volume into a production plan, and monitoring the plan accuracy. Manages load levelling and bottleneck scheduling. - Planning Parameters, Maintains planning parameters in ERP, commitment dates to customer service team across multiple product lines. - Production Schedule, Creates and maintains detailed production schedule from the production plan. Releases manufacturing work orders to IPU. - Customer ROTD improve, Manage and monitor order on time delivery. - Analysis, Performs standard and ad hoc detailed analyses for planning &fulfillment metrics. Identifies key root causes for non-performance, and drives improvement initiatives across Business. - - Bachelor or above degree, business or engineering background is preferred, - At least 2 years of Supply Chain related experience, - Data analysis and statistics ability, familiar with Power BI, - Basic knowledge of lean, quality tools, - Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese, - Good MS office skill and ERP knowledge, be skilled in SAP is preferred, - Result-oriented, team working, and strong communication skill.
