Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects related to operations of a local manufacturing unit, including the full scope of Production, Quality, CI, IE and P&F. Each day, you will ensure achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and define improvement actions as needed. You will also showcase your expertise by executing local division/product line quality strategy.
●Implements the Local division/Global product line manufacturing strategy in the country within
their own area of responsibility.
●Provides input on Local division/Global product line strategy.
●Develops proactive strategies to increase business profits, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
●Ensures achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and defining improvement actions as needed.
●Focuses on achievement of operating cash flow, project on-time and on-cost, Requested On-Time Delivery (ROTD), and cost reduction.
●Implements localization plan.
●Improves manufacturing technology and competence in line with local division/product group strategy.
●Executes local division/product group quality strategy.
●Drives quality improvement through target setting, monitoring, and benchmarking to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications for the role
- Education Background: Bachelor or above in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, etc.
- Working Experience: Operation or other related fields.
- Position Knowledge/Skills: Operational excellence knowledge and problem solving skills/ Communication/coordination skills cross function/departments
- Personality: Strong Leadership capability. Ability to motive and develop people/Result-orientated and very responsible/Strong ability to solve conflicts.
