Your role and responsibilities
- Implement sales support strategy for designated area in accordance with the global support strategy with specific technical capability and focus on contract and risks management. Ensure consistent management of all proposals and contracts including sales policies, sales campaigns, sales agencies agreements . This generally includes oversight of the contract management process, as well as application of specific standards for bidding and submission, contract negotiations and document management. Define and deploy best practices and guidelines to ensure a complete preparation of the relevant documentation required to effectively support the preparation of local and global risk reviews.
- Contracts Management :Supports the sales team through swift and precise preparation, administration and fulfilment of contracts within the area of responsibility and enforces organizational principles of integrity and compliance. Ensures that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained. Develops standards for contracts/sales policies/sales campaigns/ agency contract, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general language and provisions. Conducts contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitates pricing discussions, and obtains senior management input on timelines and deliverables. Drafts contractual provisions based on strategy discussions, senior management input, and organizational needs and expectations. Assures accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments. Serves as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations. Engages relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards and cost targets. Maintains deadlines on deliverables and communicates on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues. Reviews contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or requirements for changes at contract/policy renewal.
- Risks management :Reports operational risk issues and decisions to senior management on regular basis. Assists in identifying and evaluating risk areas across the operational activities. Investigates root causes of operational risks and provides support to mitigate risk. Develops strong relationship with key stakeholders and business partners by addressing issues/concerns in timely manner. Maintains documentation for risk management and risk policies and procedures. This role is contributing to the BL Excitation/PAEN /Project Management in China.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree or above. More than {5} years of working experience in international trade or contract management.
- SAP experience in sales model, SFDC will be plus. Good knowledge in contract terms and conditions, financial knowledge, international trade and custom rules would be preferred.
- Fluent English in both speaking and writing. Excellent communication, cooperation and influencing skills when working with different customers.
