Via business review, training audit and workshops to develop sales team. 配合銷售經(jīng)理開展輔導(dǎo)工作,提供必要的工具與學(xué)習(xí)資源,使一線銷售具備適當(dāng)?shù)闹R和技能以推動結(jié)果達(dá)成,通過業(yè)務(wù)回顧、培訓(xùn)審計及研討會等形式發(fā)展銷售團隊; · Support Area management team to setup talent criteria and deploy selection initiatives for sales executives, generate talent insights to support Area management team in making effective decisions. 協(xié)助區(qū)域管理層制定基于一線銷售人員的潛力人才評選標(biāo)準(zhǔn),開展人才篩選工作,制作潛力人才檔案并為區(qū)域管理層提供有效決策支持。 · Exchange and transfer ideas regarding performance improvement to supply the cross-function service update and information to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. 就有關(guān)績效改善方面交換意見,提供跨部門的服務(wù)更新和信息來提升銷售效率和效能。 · Keeping in touch with different companies, searching qualified training resources for sales people development. (Need to be reviewed). Ensure the external consultant feedback and revise the training program accordingly to improve the training efficiency. 協(xié)同外部培訓(xùn)公司的接觸,尋找適合的培訓(xùn)資源來促進(jìn)人員發(fā)展。確保外部培訓(xùn)師的有效反饋,并依據(jù)此來改進(jìn)培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,提高培訓(xùn)效果。 Skills/Qualifications技能要求與任職要求 · Over 3 years of sales experience or various training experiences 3年以上銷售經(jīng)驗或服務(wù)行業(yè)培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗 · More than one year of management experience 1年以上管理經(jīng)驗 · Cross-cultural and multi-dimensional change management experience 跨文化多維度變革管理經(jīng)驗 · Experience in training program design and development 培訓(xùn)方案設(shè)計開發(fā)經(jīng)驗
