As a Data Steward, you are responsible for supporting customer-related operations on Lenovo’s D365 and Account Services platforms. You will provide essential support to both end customers and channel partners, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of customer relationship data. This role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality customer data and enabling seamless customer service operations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Account Management:
a. Create new customer accounts and IDs (MDM ID and DMU) within defined SLA timelines.
b. Manage account assignments across segments and sales representatives.
c. Oversee quarterly account change processes.
2. Data Quality & Maintenance:
a. Validate customer data, perform duplication checks, and execute data cleansing activities.
b. Drive data entry standards for formatting, completeness, and accuracy across customer and product master data.
c. Conduct research, match/merge operations, and other data remediation tasks to support ongoing data quality initiatives.
3. Cross-functional Support:
a. Provide day-to-day support to internal and external stakeholders regarding customer account data, including legal entities, locations, and contact attributes.
b. Support account data-related projects initiated by AP regions.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with proficiency in CRM.
2. Strong command of English and Korea with empathetic and effective verbal and written communication skills.
3. Quick learner with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in customer data management is a plus.
4. Service-oriented mindset with resilience under pressure and proactive initiative. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Dynamics, Informatica MDM, LICRM, etc. is preferred.
