崗位職責(zé):
1.Working with Rooms management team and F&B management team to develop an operational strategy that is aligned with the brand’s business strategy and leads its execution.
與房務(wù)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)和餐飲管理團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,制定與品牌業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略相一致的運(yùn)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略,并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)其執(zhí)行。
2.Reviewing comment feedback, guest satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement.
審查客人反饋、客人滿意度結(jié)果和其他數(shù)據(jù),以確定需要改進(jìn)的地方。
3.Evaluating if Operations Team is meeting service needs and provides feedback to operations team.
評(píng)估運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)是否滿足服務(wù)需求,并向運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供反饋。
4.Participating in public space walk-throughs with Engineering, Loss Prevention and Housekeeping to ensure guest rooms, public space and back of the house areas are well maintained and preventative maintenance processes are in place.
與工程部、防損部和客房部一起參與公共空間巡查,以確??头俊⒐部臻g和后臺(tái)區(qū)域得到良好維護(hù)和預(yù)防。
5.Touring building on a regular basis speaking with employees and guests to understand business needs and assess operational opportunities.

6.Working with team to put sustainable work processes and systems in place that support the execution of the strategy. Communicating a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results.
與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,建立可持續(xù)的工作流程和系統(tǒng),以支持戰(zhàn)略的執(zhí)行。就部門目標(biāo)傳達(dá)清晰一致的信息,以產(chǎn)生預(yù)期結(jié)果。
7.Reviewing reports and financial statements to determine Rooms and F&B operations performance against budget.
審查報(bào)告和財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表,以確定客房和餐飲運(yùn)營(yíng)績(jī)效是否符合預(yù)算。
8.Leading Operations Teams, Making and executes the necessary decisions to keep property moving forward toward achievement of goals.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì),制定并執(zhí)行必要的決策,使酒店朝著實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的方向前進(jìn)。
9.Attending owners meetings and provides meaning or context to the rooms operational and financial results. Establishing relationship with owner as a business partnership and supports the relationship between the the owner.
參加業(yè)主會(huì)議,為酒店房間的運(yùn)營(yíng)和財(cái)務(wù)結(jié)果提供建議或意見。與業(yè)主建立良好的商業(yè)伙伴關(guān)系,并支持與業(yè)主之間的關(guān)系。
10.Management Hotel Operation according to policy requirement.
根據(jù)要求及政策管理酒店運(yùn)營(yíng)的相關(guān)事宜。
11.To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
完成管理層交給的其它任務(wù)。
任職要求:
1.University and above.
大學(xué)及以上資歷。
2.Fluent in written and spoken English.
良好的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及書寫能力。
3.Familiar with the overall service and management processes of the hotel, with experience in hotel preparation and overall operation.
對(duì)酒店全部門服務(wù)與管理流程了如指掌,擁有酒店籌備及統(tǒng)籌運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4.Having extraordinary team building abilities and top-notch communication and coordination skills, leading the team to overcome challenges..

5.Having strategic vision, in a constantly changing market, with excellent planning, decision-making, and comprehensive judgment abilities, accurately capturing business opportunities.

6.Confident, honest, dedicated, and with a high sense of responsibility, we will do our best to contribute to the development of the hotel.

7.15 years and above experience and more than 8 years of work experience in luxury brands.
15年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),擁有8年以上奢華品牌工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。
