We are seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer with a strong DevOps background. This role requires more than just operational automation; it demands a software engineering approach to solving complex infrastructure challenges. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance DevOps platforms—currently focusing on deep development and extension within the Azure DevOps (ADO) ecosystem—while orchestrating and governing financial-grade hybrid cloud and containerized infrastructure.Key Responsibilities● DevOps Platform R&D: Use Java stack to develop internal infrastructure portals; deeply integrate Azure DevOps (ADO) via APIs to achieve pipeline automation, multi-tenant RBAC, and self-service provisioning.● Observability Engineering: Lead the secondary development and integration of monitoring and logging systems. Utilize Prometheus for core business metrics, build visualization dashboards in Grafana, and create high-performance log analysis pipelines based on the ELK stack.● Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Write and maintain Ansible scripts to implement programmatic configuration and version control for servers, networks, and databases in hybrid cloud environments.● Automated Pipeline Engineering: Design and optimize YAML-based multi-stage pipelines in ADO; develop Custom Tasks to integrate code quality analysis and compliance checks.● Tuning & Reliability: Responsible for production JVM tuning, Kubernetes cluster performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure zero downtime during trading hours.
