Responsibilities:
? Lead the RD function responsible persons to conduct requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, verification, delivery, upgrade iteration, etc. for the deliverables

? Facilitate project organization for engineering (meeting, information/ knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving) to secure the SW delivery
? Coordination within and outside the company of ECU/modules (interface definition, delivery definition and regular status tracking, joint debugging, etc.)
? Steer cross domain collaboration and cooperate to jointly complete the delivery
Qualifications:
? Bachelor or Master in communication engineering, electrical engineering or a related field
? 5+ years of experience in automobile industry, experience with at least 2 full-lifecycle project execution.
? Telecommunication module or telematics system development experience is a plus.
? Scrum Master experience is a plus.
? Strong capability of driving on-time delivery of complex programs which contains planning, regular management, identify dependencies/potential risk, solve conflicts
? Experienced with establishing strong partnerships across teams/department
? Strong self-driven to work efficient & experience to provide project directions according project materials analyzing
? Working experience with breaking down large & complex projects into multiple working streams with clear definitions of inter-dependency, priorities, milestones, and resource allocation
? Excellent verbal & written English capability.
