4. 協(xié)調設備和工夾具在制作過程中的技術問題并提出改善建議；
Tackle the technical problems of equipment and fixtures in the production process and make suggestions for improvement;
5. 完成批量生產時所需要的相關文件、操作規(guī)范，以滿足正式生產所需要的指導條件；
Complete the relevant documents and operating specifications required for mass production to meet the guiding conditions required for formal production;
6. 主導對現(xiàn)有的制程工藝進行改善，積極推行精益管理模式，確保部門得以實現(xiàn)各項KPI指標；

7. 對生產參數(shù)和材料用量進行分析和管控，對各項改善提供相關的技術支持。

崗位要求
1. 大專及以上學歷，應用化工或相關專業(yè)；

3. 具有良好的溝通技巧,團隊合作精神及疑難問題的分析能力；
