JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of the job is to lead the design and execution of automation engineering projects in the area of expertise, e.g., mechanical, electrical, electronics, software application. The Lead Automation Design Engineer leads and oversees the work of a team of design engineers to ensure project requirements, specification, plan, design and installation are achieved. Position is responsible for design of automation equipment to ensure stipulated specification and requirements are met, and delivered within budget and on time. Position supports Senior Manager of Automation in design of automation equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads and oversees the work of a group of Automation Design Engineers.
- Reviews and approves design drawings, user manual and installation manual.
- Works closely with Project Manager/Engineer to meet project time line and budget.
- Leads the team in review, understanding and interpretation of requirements to ensure all specifications are integrated into the design of automation equipment.
- Leads design engineers in review of design and manufacturability of design.
- Ensures all engineering times are logged into JP2 and correspondent to the projects
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Expert knowledge in the mechanical/electronics/electrical/software application engineering.
- Expert knowledge in the EMS industries.
- Expert knowledge in automation design and installation.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8-10 years of working experiences in automation equipment design and installation
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.

3.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求：3年以上軟件開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，且具備 AI 大模型應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā)與自動(dòng)化行業(yè)相關(guān)實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有自動(dòng)化行業(yè)或 AI 領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，參與過(guò)工業(yè) AI 項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)或后端服務(wù)、API 接口、微服務(wù)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

二、工作職責(zé)
1.AI 大模型框架開(kāi)發(fā)與維護(hù)：負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)適配自動(dòng)化行業(yè)場(chǎng)景的 AI 大模型應(yīng)用框架。
2.自動(dòng)化場(chǎng)景AI大模型技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)：針對(duì)工業(yè)設(shè)備故障診斷、生產(chǎn)流程優(yōu)化、質(zhì)量檢測(cè)、智能調(diào)度等核心場(chǎng)景，開(kāi)展大模型技術(shù)研發(fā)與落地。
3.業(yè)務(wù)需求對(duì)接與模型迭代優(yōu)化：通過(guò)采集生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的數(shù)據(jù)反饋，建立數(shù)據(jù)分析體系，持續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè)模型應(yīng)用效果，推動(dòng)模型迭代升級(jí)。
4.自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng) AI 集成與協(xié)同：負(fù)責(zé)將研發(fā)的 AI 大模型應(yīng)用模塊與現(xiàn)有自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行集成，解決系統(tǒng)間接口兼容、數(shù)據(jù)同步、協(xié)同工作等問(wèn)題。
