Key Responsibilities:
主要職責(zé):
1.Design and develop hydraulic systems for industrial machinery, including hydraulic power packs, integration of pumps, valves, cylinders, accumulators, and piping layouts.
研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)工業(yè)設(shè)備的液壓系統(tǒng),包括液壓動(dòng)力部件、泵、閥門(mén)、氣缸、蓄能器和管道布局的集成。
2.Calculate and define all hydraulic components with the help of professional software, such as CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to validate hydraulic system performance.
借助專(zhuān)業(yè)軟件,如CFD(流體動(dòng)力學(xué)),驗(yàn)算并定義所有液壓元件,以驗(yàn)證液壓系統(tǒng)性能。
3.Create detailed fluid schematics, technical documentation and part lists. 繪制詳細(xì)的流體原理圖、技術(shù)文檔和零件清單。
4.Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and control engineers to ensure seamless integration of hydraulic systems.
與機(jī)械、電氣和控制工程師合作,確保液壓系統(tǒng)的無(wú)縫銜接。
5.Conduct failure mode analysis (FMEA) and root-cause investigations for hydraulic system malfunctions.
對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)故障進(jìn)行失效模式分析(FMEA)并調(diào)查故障原因。
6.Optimize designs for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, adhering to ISO, DIN, or SAE standards.

7.Support prototyping, testing, and field validation of hydraulic systems.協(xié)助液壓系統(tǒng)的原型機(jī)制造、測(cè)試和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)證。
8.Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., electro-hydraulic systems, smart hydraulics).及時(shí)了解新興技術(shù)(如電液系統(tǒng)、智能液壓)。
Qualifications & Experience:
要求和經(jīng)驗(yàn):
1.Education:學(xué)歷:
1)Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics Engineering, or Fluid Power Systems.
機(jī)械工程、液壓工程或流體動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科或碩士學(xué)歷。
2)Certifications in hydraulics/pneumatics if available. 持有液壓或氣動(dòng)資格證書(shū)者佳。
2.Experience: 經(jīng)歷:
1)3+ years in hydraulic system design for industrial machinery, construction equipment, or mobile hydraulics.
3年以上工業(yè)機(jī)器、建筑設(shè)備或移動(dòng)液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2)Proficiency in fluid design CAD software and simulation tools.精通流體設(shè)計(jì)軟件,如CAD和仿真工具。
3)Hands-on experience with hydraulic testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.具有液壓測(cè)試、故障排除和維護(hù)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4)Knowledge of ISO 4401, ISO 1219, and DIN/SAE hydraulic standards.了解ISO 4401、ISO 1219和DIN/SAE液壓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
5)Experience with COMOS (Siemens) if available.有西門(mén)子COMOS的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷者佳。
6)Experience with Simulation X (ESI) if available.有ESI模擬經(jīng)驗(yàn)者佳。

1.Familiarity with PLC-controlled hydraulic systems.熟悉PLC控制的液壓系統(tǒng)。
