Develop and implement a comprehensive estimation strategy for the project, aligned with EPC contract requirements
Guide multidisciplinary estimators in preparing detailed cost estimates for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and other project activities
Prepare and maintain cost breakdowns by work breakdown structure (WBS) to ensure cost transparency and control
Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs, considering market trends and vendor quotes
Evaluate subcontractor bids and provide recommendations to the Project Manager
Participate in value engineering workshops to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality or functionality
Prepare cost estimates for change orders and manage project budget revisions
Generate and maintain accurate cost reports for project management and client communication
Manage cost estimating software and ensure proper data management practices
Stay updated on industry cost trends and best practices in cost estimating for the project
Liaise with other project departments to maintain consistency between cost estimates and project execution
