2） 設(shè)計(jì)或采購(gòu)批量生產(chǎn)用的工裝工具等；Design or purchase tooling for mass production
3）對(duì)應(yīng)管轄產(chǎn)線的新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)導(dǎo)入工作（布局方案、工時(shí)、試制）；NPI related work（layout、cycle time &T.T define、pilot run manage，others activities by cooperation with current IE）
4）對(duì)應(yīng)管轄產(chǎn)線的工時(shí)管理與改進(jìn)Working sheet manage and capacity improve with Corresponding production line
5） 組織裝配產(chǎn)品的小批試制；organize the pilot run for new product.
6） 設(shè)計(jì)包裝；package design
7） 生產(chǎn)線過(guò)程能力分析, 優(yōu)化并不斷提高過(guò)程能力；time balance, optimize process
8） 車間問(wèn)題及時(shí)處理解決workshop problem solving
9） 裝配過(guò)程質(zhì)量問(wèn)題分析和客戶反饋的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題分析, 優(yōu)化并不斷提高質(zhì)量水平；enhance the product quality according to internal or external feedback
10） 分析產(chǎn)品缺陷，過(guò)程改進(jìn)；analysis product defect, improve process.
9） 工人基本技能培訓(xùn)；workshop workers training
11）按時(shí)完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作任務(wù)。Be responsible for organizing and implementing other works assigned by company management.

任職資格qualification：
1.大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或者IE相關(guān)專業(yè)；above bachelor degree, mechanic or IE field
2.具有5年以上IE及l(fā)ean工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；above 5 years experience on IE & lean
3.熟悉各類泵制造流程；familiar with pump manufacture
4.出色的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力和項(xiàng)目管理能力；project manage skill and team work ability
5.具有良好的英語(yǔ)閱讀和寫作能力優(yōu)先；能熟練應(yīng)用AutoCAD等設(shè)計(jì)軟件；good English skill for listening\reading\speaking\writing, familiar with Autocad.
