Job Responsibilities
The Duties and Responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to the following:
1.Monthly and yearly China payroll data processing.
2.Mainland China IIT (Individual Income Tax) monthly and yearly operation and declaration.
3.HR and payroll policy/regulations implementation.
4.Support manager and employee on Australia and China eTime system using.
5.Follow up inquires about payroll service.
Job Requirements
1Education: Bachelor degree or above.
2.GlobalView/SAP and eTime/Kronos system knowledge is nice to have.
3.Good business English writing and speaking.
4.Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
5.Be familiar with labor law, social insurance regulations and individual income tax(IIT) policy of China.
6.Problem solver with critical thinking and customer service skills.
