崗位職責(zé):
1、"與合資方確認(rèn)新項(xiàng)目識(shí)別標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并轉(zhuǎn)化為內(nèi)部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，與客戶就新項(xiàng)目標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的達(dá)成一致；
Confirm the new project identification standard with the joint venture party and transform it into an internal standard, and reach an agreement with the customer on the new project standard;"
2、"制定項(xiàng)目組整體規(guī)劃，主導(dǎo)完善新項(xiàng)目評(píng)估，評(píng)估新項(xiàng)目的可行性，生產(chǎn)成本核定；
Formulate the overall plan of the project team, carry out and improve the evaluation of new projects, evaluate the feasibility of new projects, and verify the production cost;"
3、"負(fù)責(zé)已有產(chǎn)品在集團(tuán)內(nèi)或外部進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目開拓爭(zhēng)取，向客戶推薦應(yīng)用；
Responsible for the development of existing products within or outside the group, and recommend applications to customers;"
4、"組織召開項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)會(huì)議，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)成立項(xiàng)目小組，確定主要計(jì)劃及分工，主導(dǎo)組織召開階段進(jìn)度會(huì)議，問(wèn)題點(diǎn)提出及改進(jìn)進(jìn)度確認(rèn)；
Organize a project kick-off meeting, lead the establishment of a project team, determine the main plan and division of labor, lead the organization of stage progress meetings, raise problems and confirm improvement progress;"
5、"負(fù)責(zé)量產(chǎn)品技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件維護(hù)、問(wèn)題點(diǎn)改進(jìn)、產(chǎn)品移轉(zhuǎn)、設(shè)計(jì)變更管理
Responsible for the maintenance of product technical standard documents, improvement of problem points, product transfer, design change management"

任職要求:
1、"本科及以上,汽車行業(yè)、機(jī)械類、工程材料、項(xiàng)目管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)
Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive industry, machinery, engineering materials, project management, etc."
2、"產(chǎn)品研發(fā)至量產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)3年以上，汽車零部件行業(yè)內(nèi)飾件相關(guān)項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)兩年以上；
More than 3 years of experience in product development to mass production management, and more than two years of project management experience in interior parts related to the auto parts industry;"
3、"英語(yǔ)水平熟練能與客戶交流，CET-6及以上
Proficient in English, able to communicate with customers, CET-6 and above"
4、"了解項(xiàng)目管理等知識(shí);了解汽車行業(yè)相關(guān)體系要求
