Job Description: 1.Accountable for meeting budgeted sales and margins for the assigned territory/business area 2.Manage existing customers and develop new accounts within assigned territory/business area 3.Establish strong relationships with customers by building a network of contacts within their organization 4.Build strategic networks and relationships with vendors, suppliers and integrators to further develop the market 5.Identify market potential for assigned territory/business area and develop strategic and tactical sales plans accordingly 6.Develop customer needs analysis 7.Present quotes in line with commercial policy 8.Manage Master agreement contract process from beginning to end 9.Oversee the execution of the project and maintain customer contact 10.Initiate product development strategies (short and long term) through the Product Development Plan Requirements: 1.Minimum 5 years experience in capital equipment sales and territory/business area management, particularly in the packaging and/or rigid plastic industry 2.Established customer base and network within the rigid container market 3.Significant rigid container equipment, market and industry knowledge 4.Market evaluation and analysis skills, planning skills; ability to develop and present a value proposition 5.Good communication and presentation skills 6.Sales management experience; excellent negotiation skills 7.Ability to travel 此崗位base在廣州
