Job Description崗位描述: 1 Provide assistances to Mechanical Engineers for customer’s technical service through visiting, phone calls and letters, participate in and assist engineer to handle project drawings. 協(xié)助機(jī)械服務(wù)工程師接待客戶的日常來(lái)訪、來(lái)電、來(lái)函等技術(shù)咨詢服務(wù),協(xié)助參與圖紙?zhí)幚砉ぷ鳎?br> 2 Translate group’s products operation manuals, drawings and arrange the sending to customer. 翻譯集團(tuán)內(nèi)產(chǎn)品使用手冊(cè)和圖紙并安排寄送給客戶; 3 Input, maintain and summarize relevant after-sales service data. 協(xié)助技術(shù)部輸入、維護(hù)和匯總售后技術(shù)服務(wù)數(shù)據(jù);
4 Filing for relevant technical documents. 進(jìn)行相關(guān)技術(shù)文件的歸檔;
5 Visit customers together with Mechanical Engineer, take part in equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance, prepare and make record for relevant jobs. 跟隨機(jī)械服務(wù)工程師到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)參加設(shè)備安裝、調(diào)試和維修等工作,籌備相關(guān)工作并記錄;
6 Attend training programs arranged by the company for technical and products and self-improvement continually. 參加公司技術(shù)及產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn),提高自身綜合素養(yǎng);
7 Report to Specified liner manager / Technical Director. 向指定的直線經(jīng)理/技術(shù)部總監(jiān)匯報(bào)工作。
B. Qualifications資格要求: 1 University degree or above (mechanical & Electrical & Automation background as preference). 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷(機(jī)械、電氣自動(dòng)化,電子電氣類專業(yè)為宜)。
2 Experienced in using CAD software, have strong ability to read and draw. 熟練使用CAD軟件,有較強(qiáng)識(shí)圖及制圖能力。
3 Strong willing to be a technical service people. 職業(yè)意向?yàn)楝F(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)服務(wù)人員。
4 CET 4 above. Fluent English both in written and oral. 英語(yǔ)四級(jí)以上,聽說(shuō)讀寫流利。
5 Be willing to travel frequently in China and to overseas. 能接受頻繁的國(guó)內(nèi)外出差。
6 Strong interesting in, and ability to do practical work. 有興趣并動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng)。
7 With open mind, creative and active personality. 性格活潑開朗,思維開闊,有創(chuàng)造性和主動(dòng)性。
8 Strong capability to analysis, to solve problem independently with the sense of responsibility. 有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心,獨(dú)立思考、分析、解決問題的能力。
