Responsibilities 職責(zé)
?Personnel Management 人事管理
-Effective support on regular personnel management, including personnel changes, statistics and reporting, HR filing, local HR transactions, etc.;
-為日常人事管理提供有效支持,包括:人事變動,數(shù)據(jù)報告,檔案管理,人事業(yè)務(wù)辦理等;
-Support on HR management processes and system;
-人力資源管理流程及系統(tǒng)支持;
-Data/info. collection and sorting, drafting, updating, or translating HR documents;
-數(shù)據(jù)/信息收集及整理,起草、更新或翻譯文件;
-Employee communication and relationship;
-員工溝通及員工關(guān)系;
-Internal and external audit;
-內(nèi)部、外部審核;
-Support on HR projects and staff activities;
-協(xié)助組織/實施人力資源相關(guān)項目及員工活動;
-Assist superior to support business department on human resources and organizational topics.
-協(xié)助上級主管為業(yè)務(wù)部門人事及組織發(fā)展相關(guān)需求提供支持。
?Recruitment 招聘
-Support on recruitment process management, identify effective recruitment channels according to local business needs;
-協(xié)助管理招聘流程,根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求識別和建立有效招聘渠道;
-Organization/implementation of recruitment relevant activities, including requirement clarification, screening, interview, offer, communication with candidates, etc., to ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment target;
-組織實施招聘相關(guān)活動,包括需求確認(rèn)、簡歷篩選、面試、錄用條件確認(rèn)、候選人溝通等,以確保按時完成招聘計劃;
-Develop effective interview methods based on deep knowledge of vacancies and communication/collaboration with the hiring manager, to ensure the recruitment quality;
-基于對崗位需求的理解和與業(yè)務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)人的溝通協(xié)作,確定或開發(fā)有效的面試方法,以確保招聘質(zhì)量;
-Account for the recruitment data statistics and analysis, as well as the collection of market information to support decision making of management team.
-負(fù)責(zé)招聘相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析,以及市場信息收集,為管理層決策提供支持。
?Training & Development 員工培訓(xùn)及發(fā)展
-Support on establishment, review and implementation of employee training policy and system;
為員工培訓(xùn)制度及體系的建立、改進(jìn)及實施提供支持;
--Annual training plan and implementation, including training requirement analysis, training resource management, tracking and review of training plan, training recording and evaluation, training agreement, support on internal training system, etc.;
-年度培訓(xùn)計劃及實施,包括:培訓(xùn)需求分析,培訓(xùn)資源管理,計劃實施跟蹤及更新,培訓(xùn)記錄,培訓(xùn)評估,培訓(xùn)協(xié)議,內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)支持等;
-Organization/implementation of internal training activities;
-內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)組織及實施;
-Support on activities/programs of employee development and talent management.
-為員工發(fā)展及人才管理相關(guān)活動/項目提供有效支持。
?Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements任職資格及要求
?Education學(xué)歷
-Bechelor degree or above.
-本科及以上學(xué)歷。
?Skills技能
-Good knowledge of labor-related policy, law, regulation etc.;
-熟悉勞動法相關(guān)規(guī)定和政策;
-Solid knowledge and skills of staffing and job interview;
-全面的招聘管理知識及良好的面試技能;
-Solid knowledge and skills of employee training management;
-全面的員工培訓(xùn)管理知識及相關(guān)技能;
-Strong skills of planning, organization, coordination and exicution;
-較強(qiáng)的計劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)及實務(wù)操作能力;
-Strong interpersonal communication skills;
-良好的人際溝通技能;
-Strong English language skills;
-良好的的英語能力;
-Strong PC and MS Office skills;
-良好的計算機(jī)及辦公軟件應(yīng)用能力;
-Strong ability of learning.
-較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力。
?Experience工作經(jīng)驗
-Two years+ working experience;
-兩年以上工作經(jīng)驗;
-Working experience at JV or WOFE preferred;
-具備合資或外商獨(dú)資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
-Candidates with outstanding competence and potential of rapid growth are also considered with lower conditions.
