-More than 5 years experience in commercial vehicle steering system mechanical design and more than 2 years team management experience.

-Lead mechnical parts development independently, inlcuding but not limited to housing, piston, worm, sector shaft, gear etc.

-Rich work experience with utilizing design method and tool like DRBFM, FEA, DFMEA
