Key Responsibilities
Experience supporting large-scale and overseas projects in sourcing or supply chain roles, preferably within escalator/elevator or mechanical systems-related categories.
Strong cost?reduction mindset with the ability to drive optimization initiatives, including cost control for escalator key components or similar mechanical assemblies.
Solid understanding of end?to?end supply chain operations and dynamics.
Ability to identify and mitigate supply chain risks proactively, especially in high?complexity categories such as escalators.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Project teams.
Capability to develop suppliers and identify new opportunities to enhance competitiveness.
Provide sourcing support for major escalator projects and key overseas programs, aligning procurement strategy with technical requirements and project timelines.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience
3-5 years in sourcing or procurement roles in manufacturing or engineering environments preferred.
Experience in the escalator/elevator industry, or familiarity with mechanical/electromechanical components commonly used in escalator systems, is strongly preferred.
Skills
Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
Proficiency in procurement systems and data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Ability to understand basic escalator components, materials, fabrication processes, and supplier capability assessments.
