- Partnering with Brands for reporting
requests, campaign requests, post campaign analysis and optimization - Works with the Brand teams to execute the 15D,
30D, 60D & 90D campaign calendar - Conducts weekly meetings with the Brand teams to
review the status of in-flight requests in addition to the forecast of
upcoming requests - Reviews Jira requests and all associated
documentation (BRDs, Assets) for completeness and feasibility.Assigns
campaign complexity and confirms SLAs. - Transitions Jira request and all associated
documentation (BRDs, Assets) to the campaign development team - Manages the delivery and execution of all
campaigns in the Hong Kong region - Identify potential bottlenecks, flag issues, and
lead root cause analysis (RCA) when issues arise. - Manages the capacity and demand for the Region
for all requests. - Work with 3rd party vendors to integrate and test
technical solutions with SFMC - Provide regular updates on campaign performance,
team utilization, and issue resolution metrics - Serves as SME and provides best practices and
recommendations to optimize the performance of the campaigns - Responsible for making recommendations around how
to leverage the CRM Platform to enable campaign strategies
