英語物料管理物料計劃電子元器件工業(yè)自動化
注:英語讀寫流利,上班時間8點30-17點,周末雙休,餐補400,固定補貼200
崗位職責:
1.Core System Operations & Data Maintenance:
核心系統(tǒng)操作與數(shù)據(jù)維護:
·Perform daily SAP system transactions for goods receipt, issuance, picking, and stock transfers.
負責在SAP系統(tǒng)中執(zhí)行日常的收貨、發(fā)料、配料及庫存轉移等交易操作
·Strictly verify the consistency of system material master data (e.g., material code, BOM #, TCP code, description, unit) with physical goods and relevant delivery documents.
嚴格核對系統(tǒng)物料主數(shù)據(jù)(如物料編碼、預歸類編碼,BOM號、描述、單位)與實物及到貨單據(jù)的一致性。
·Verify and maintain to ensure the accuracy and validity of the pre-classification information of materials for import and export within the SAP system, and ensure the accuracy of customs filing data within the system.
核對與維護確保物料的進出口預歸類信息在SAP系統(tǒng)內的準確性和有效性,確保海關備案數(shù)據(jù)在系統(tǒng)內準確無誤。

2.Inventory Management with reporting Analysis:
庫存管理及報告分析:
· Monitor daily and weekly inventory movements; compile and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory data reports.
執(zhí)行每日、每周的庫存動態(tài)監(jiān)控,定期完成月度、季度及年度庫存數(shù)據(jù)報告的編制與分析。
· Effectively analyze inventory status to identify non-moving/slow-moving stock and propose disposal recommendations to optimize inventory turnover.

· Organize and execute physical inventory counting activities to ensure book-to-physical accuracy.

3.Discrepancy Investigation & Problem Resolution:
差異追溯與問題解決:
· Investigate root causes thoroughly for any discrepancies between physical stock and system records, execute accurate adjustments and corrections within the SAP system to resolve variances.
當發(fā)現(xiàn)實物庫存與系統(tǒng)記錄存在差異時,深入追溯根本原因,并負責在系統(tǒng)中執(zhí)行準確的調整與更正。
· Ensure inventory record accuracy for internal/external and customs audits, guaranteeing 100% data alignment with customs requirements.

· Handle large volumes of complex data with meticulous care and patience to ensure data accuracy and traceability.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Warehouse On-site Support:

· Work closely with the warehouse team and production workshop to handle daily material issuance replenishment, and returns and, when necessary, be stationed in the warehouse area to participate in physical goods organization, counting, and sorting to ensure data accuracy at the source.

· Assist the project procurement team by performing material forecasting and generating precise procurement demand plans based on production schedules and inventory levels.

· Respond quickly and resolve material shortage or stock-out during production to ensure smooth operations.

· Possess excellent cross-departmental communication skills to collaborate effectively with Production, Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse teams.

· Utilize fluent written and spoken English to handle import-related documentation, emails, and system information, resolving management challenges associated with imported materials.

5.Fundamental Material Planning and Management Duties:

· Monitor material consumption to ensure the timely availability of production materials.

· Participate in the daily maintenance and function optimization of the ERP/MRP system to ensure data accuracy.

Continuously improve material planning processes and standard operating procedures to ensure work efficiency and accuracy.

崗位要求:
?Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Warehouse、Supply China Management or related fields.
大學本科及以上學歷,國際貿易、物流、倉儲、供應鏈管理或相關專業(yè)。
?Minimum of 5 years of experience in material planning, warehouse management, or a related area. Experience in a bonded processing/manufacturing environment and/or in the analytical instruments, high-tech equipment, or precision instruments industry is highly preferred.
