- Lead and execute UX projects across Siemens' digital products and related web applications, including configuration tools, touch panel interfaces. Focus on delivering scalable, user-friendly experiences for smart infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user research into actionable, innovative design solutions, always open to feedback and sharing insights.
- Conceptualize, design and prototype user-centered interface experiences, focusing on smart buildings/infrastructures products and systems. Present design insights to internal teams and partners, while advocating for consistent design practices.
- Conduct user research, facilitate workshops, and embed a culture of UX evangelization to drive UX insights internally.
- Drive UX innovation and transformation by integrating best practices into customer projects, sharing expertise across Siemens, and promoting user-centric approaches.
- Be an integral part of the UX team in Beijing, working in close collaboration with peers based in global to ensure alignment and shared success across locations.

要求：

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Design
- Over 3 years UX / UI design experience
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma experience with design systems
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Continuous learner with a strong desire to acquire new knowledge, skills, and methodologies. Approaches complex topics with curiosity and motivation to explore unfamiliar challenges.
- Good communication skill and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Good oral and written English skills
- Industrial design experience is a plus
- Design portfolio is a must
