Role Description: We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to lead and coordinate the project management work of protein and antibody CMC within the team. The eligible candidates should possess biological education background or relevant work experience in process development, analysis or production of protein/antibody macromolecules, excellent communication skill, logical thinking capability, management skills including technical decision-making and goal setting, and strong team work spirit. He or she needs to work directly with external clients, coordinate with internal departments, fit with collaborative and competitive culture in GenScript ProBio. KeyResponsibilities: ? Manage, drive and be accountable for theprogress of the CMC projects, including project planning and milestone tracking, internal and external meeting organization, reporting and hosting. ? Report project progress, delivery quality, and follow-up plans to external clients on a regular basis. ? Participate in the technical support of pre-sales work of the commercial teams, draft and revise technical proposals, and conduct conference calls if necessary. ? Participate in the intra- and inter-departmental process development and optimization to improve team work efficiency. ? Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. ? Master necessary project management tools and provide professional advice. Qualifications: ? Master's degree in biology-related majors with strong background in biological science and relevant technical skills (e.g., protein expression, cell culture, protein purification, physicochemical analysis/bioactivity analysis), along with 3+ years of work experience. Overseas education or work experience is a plus. ? Strong PPT and oral presentation,communication, and hosting skills. ? Excellent team coordination and logical thinking. ? Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines. ? Proficient in English and email business etiquette ? Previous project management experience preferred.
