招聘要求/Job Profile:
1、本科以上學(xué)歷,專(zhuān)業(yè)不限,經(jīng)驗(yàn)不限,年齡22-35歲。

2、普通話(huà)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),相貌端正,有良好的職業(yè)形象和氣質(zhì),人品正直,舉止大方得體。
Standard Mandarin, decent appearance, good professional image and temperament, upright character, and elegant and proper behavior.
3、具有良好的英文溝通能力和英文書(shū)寫(xiě)能力,能與外籍人員進(jìn)行流暢地口語(yǔ)和郵件的溝通交流。
Possessing excellent English communication and writing skills, being capable of engaging fluently in oral and email communication with foreigners.
4、頭腦靈活,反應(yīng)靈敏,應(yīng)變能力強(qiáng),做事嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),抗壓能力強(qiáng),有學(xué)習(xí)能力。
Having quick wit and responsiveness, being adaptable, meticulous in work, and having strong ability to bear pressure and willing to learn.

崗位職責(zé)/Job Description:
1、 協(xié)助租賃主管完成客戶(hù)帶看和租賃文件準(zhǔn)備等工作。
Assis the leasing supervisor in showing clients properties and preparing leasing documents.
2、 協(xié)助總經(jīng)理、總工程師進(jìn)行日常翻譯工作。
Assist the General Manager and CFE in translation work.
3、如因工作需要,或需協(xié)助客服部門(mén)完成以下客服工作:
If the work requested, may need to assistant the CR department to finish some CR work also as follows:
3.1 負(fù)責(zé)接聽(tīng)客戶(hù)熱線(xiàn): 按照一致的服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn), 為來(lái)電者答疑解惑, 向客戶(hù)提供禮貌,友好,高效的服務(wù)。
Responsible for Customer/Tenants Hotline: Offer customers a courteous, efficient and friendly telephone service, and ensure that all telephone communications are in line with consistent service standards.
3.2 租戶(hù)入/退租: 處理租戶(hù)入/退租事宜, 確保租戶(hù)入/退租的順利進(jìn)行。
Tenant Move-In/Out Handing: Make sure our tenants Move-In/Out process goes smoothly.
3.3 處理客戶(hù)投訴: 聆聽(tīng)客戶(hù)需求, 記錄客戶(hù)反映的問(wèn)題, 向客戶(hù)道歉并解釋跟進(jìn)事宜, 最后確認(rèn)客戶(hù)對(duì)事件處理的滿(mǎn)意度。
Handing Customer’s Complaints: Listen to customer’s needs. Record customer’s issue. Apologize to the customer and give updates. Finally, confirm the satisfaction of the customer.
3.4 租戶(hù)通知發(fā)放: 保證卓著中心的租戶(hù)及時(shí)收到統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的通知。
Tenant’s Notice Delivery: Maintain that each notice will be delivered to each Excel tenant on time and in the standardized format.
3.5 報(bào)告維修事宜: 為我們的租戶(hù)提供高效的服務(wù),保證租戶(hù)的維修事宜能及時(shí)解決。Reporting Maintenance Issue: Provide an efficient service to our tenants. Ensure the tenant’s maintenance issue is solved on time.
3.6 接待來(lái)訪(fǎng)租戶(hù),負(fù)責(zé)登記信息,提供租戶(hù)所需服務(wù),檢查活動(dòng)中心的各項(xiàng)設(shè)施和用品,為租戶(hù)介紹瑜伽、普拉提課程活動(dòng)以及洗衣服務(wù)。
305 Activity Center: Reception of visiting tenants, responsible for registering information, providing necessary services for tenants, inspecting various facilities and supplies in the activity center, introducing yoga, Pilates classes and activities, as well as laundry services to tenants.
3.7 負(fù)責(zé)訪(fǎng)客接待、登記及引導(dǎo)服務(wù),解答客戶(hù)咨詢(xún)并指引路線(xiàn),確保訪(fǎng)客順利進(jìn)出。處理客戶(hù)投訴及臨時(shí)需求,維護(hù)客戶(hù)關(guān)系。
Second-floor lounge: Responsible for visitor reception, registration, and guidance services, answering customer inquiries and guiding routes to ensure smooth entry and exit of visitors. Handle customer complaints and temporary requests and maintain customer relationships.
3.8 完成租賃部主管和客服部主管安排的其他工作。
Complete all other work arranged by the CR & leasing executive.
