Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to lead a dedicated finance shared service team, responsible for external tax and statistical reporting. This role ensures accurate and compliant reporting to regulatory bodies and tax authorities while driving process efficiency within the shared service function. The ideal candidate will have strong technical tax and accounting expertise, leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional reporting processes.
Job Responsibilities
? Ensure timely and accurate tax filings in compliance with local regulations.
? Oversee the preparation of statistical reports for government authorities, central banks and industry regulators.
? Maintain documentation and support tax audits/inquiries.
? Lead and develop a shared service finance team focused on external tax filings and statistical reporting.
? Set clear objectives, monitor performance and provide coaching to ensure high quality deliverables.
? Streamline reporting processes within the shared service team, leveraging automation and best practices.
? Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting and tax compliance requirements.
? Stay updated on changes in tax policies and other external reporting requirements and implement necessary adjustments to reporting processes.
? Implement automation tools to enhance reporting efficiency.
? Partner with site finance and shared service accounting teams to ensure compliance in external reporting.
? Support management with ad-hoc tax analysis, as well as address reporting changes and new tax requirements.
Basic Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
? CPA/CA or equivalent certification is preferred.
? 4+ years in tax, audit or financial reporting, preferably in an accounting/tax/audit firm.
? 2+ years of team leadership experience.
Knowledge
? Expert knowledge of tax and statistical reporting requirements.
? Advanced Microsoft Office skills and data analytics.
? Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
? Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated.
? Possess good problem-solving abilities, with lots of initiative and drive.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
? Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
? Have a strong sense of internal control and a keen eye for details and process improvements.

資格與技能:
教育:
· 會(huì)計(jì)、金融或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的本科及以上學(xué)歷。
· CPA/CA 或同等證書(shū)者優(yōu)先。
經(jīng)驗(yàn):
· 4 +年稅務(wù),審計(jì)或財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),最好在有會(huì)計(jì)/稅務(wù)/審計(jì)事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
