POSITION PURPOSE
? The Specialist supports the delivery of the global Business Assurance framework across the IELTS network. The role is responsible for conducting audits, investigations, and monitoring security and compliance activities to protect the integrity of IELTS operations.
? The Specialist will develop in-depth knowledge of IELTS operations to safeguard all aspects of IDP's IELTS business objectives. Through audits, investigations, and ongoing monitoring, the Specialist will identify risks, implement best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of security and compliance policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
【Test Security】
? Conduct audits and investigations across the IELTS network to ensure compliance with global standards.
? Develop solutions to security incidents across both Paper Based (PB) and IELTS On Computer (IOC) tests.
? Monitor and evaluate security incidents to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
? Recommend enhancements to policies and procedures based on audit and investigation findings.
? Support onboarding of new test centres and venues through risk assessments and compliance readiness.
? Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed best practices and drive continuous improvement in the business assurance function.
【Audit】
? Conduct audits and investigations across the IELTS network to ensure compliance with global standards.
? Review audit outcomes to support successful delivery of the SELT and Non SELT compliance programs.
? Monitor, track, and compile audit trends to recommend actions that reduce non-compliances and security risks.
? Develop solutions to security incidents across PB and IOC tests
? Recommend enhancements to policies and procedures based on audit and investigation findings.
? Drive increased compliance and process improvement across the global IELTS network.
【Investigations】
? Ensure all investigations are completed with accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness, in line with documented policies and procedures.
? Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency in investigation case-handling and resolution times.
? Monitor and analyse investigation data to identify trends and collaborate with local teams to implement effective remedial actions.
? Inbox management of Business Assurance network communications
? Test Day Malpractice Management
【People Partners】
? Work with test centre administrators and their line managers to communicate areas for improvement in security and compliance.
? Represent the interests of IDP and IELTS across a range of IELTS partner forums and groupings as required.
? Represent the interests of Business Assurance within the IDP business

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
? Solid knowledge of IELTS policy, processes and systems
? Understanding of the role of quality and compliance in delivering IELTS business strategy
? Demonstrated research skills in an online and paper-based information environment
? Ability to combine audit and evaluation skills to facilitate quality improvement outcomes
