CONTEXT OF THE POSITION…
● Responsible for the daily Compensation and Bene??t services and operations towards related entities, participate in C&B related projects by following and implementing the Company's Human Resource strategy and C&B objectives.
● Deliver operational excellence and provide subject matter expertise and advice for Inbound and Outbound assignees. Enhance the Global Mobility service lines while providing strong HR leadership and administrative support on a transnational mode.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Act as Reward Partner
Support the HO HR ATDC as required, providing insights in support of data driven business decisions.
Ad-hoc projects to deliver effective reward solutions in the Employee life cycle (recruitment, promotion, mobility and termination/leaving).
Interacts with external clients such as Government Institutions,vendors, etc.
Work with auditors for any payroll & bene??ts related queries
Any other C&B related activities as assigned
Support to Compensation policy & program design and improve
Support external market survey, including regular annual survey and sponsor; analysis survey result and provide proposal;
Analysis internal team member compensation related information, and provide timely and accurate data/report for compensation policy design or improvement;
Assist to complete annual Camp. (Perf, Review, Salary Review, bonus, and other compensation related Campaigns, etc.) including data preparation, material preparation, communication preparation, etc.
Act as Reward Process Specialist
QUALIFICATION
Education:
A bachelor's degree in business, economics, ??nance, statistics, math, accounting, or HR preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years' experience of Reward or Legal experience, preferably in
compensation rewards consulting or legal ?rm Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:
● Ability to deliver on time, and to tight timeframes while handling con??icting priorities
● Highly numerical and meticulous in detail with a clear focus on quality with ability to spot anomalies and investigate them
● Ability to work on own initiative with high standards and a continuous improvement attitude.
● Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience of researching and analyzing data
● Strong communication and in??uencing skills
● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and pro??cient in PowerPoint
Strong understanding of local labor laws, payroll regulations, and statutory compliance.
● Ability to maintain con??dentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
