The HR Assistant (outsourced) will provide a spectrum of daily operations and administrative support to the compensation and benefits (C&B) function within the Human Resources Department and work closely with the Bank’s HR professionals to provide excellent HR services.
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Receive, review and process benefits applications (such as staff education allowance, staff home travel, staff loans, etc.).
? Support and assist in liaison between the Bank and benefits companies (insurance companies, retirement plan supplier, etc.).
? Support reporting and analysis, mainly focusing on the benefits managed
? Support team’s travel and expense claim(s), meeting arrangement, procurement, vendor payments, and other administrations
? Disseminates information that may require explanation and interpretation of established policies and direct individuals to sources of additional information.
? Assist in ad-hoc task/request as assigned
Candidate Requirements
? Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources, administration, accounting, psychology, economics and other related fields from a reputable university;
? 1-2 years of HR administration and team support experience in large multinational company.
? Good numerical skill; ability to handle a huge number of data with accuracy and deadline commitment;
? Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English are essential;
? Proven experience with MS Office Applications is a must;
? High level of confidentiality commitment, integrity, sense of responsibility.
