Job Description
Reporting to the Director, this role is set to provide strategic and operational support to clients, with focuses on external relations, project implementation, and advancing initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute advancement plans and strategies to achieve external relations and engagement goals;
2. Support the implementation and full-cycle operations of talent initiatives through targeted projects and fundings;
3. Serve as full-service liaison with external stakeholders and partnerships, including protocol planning, relation development, and collaboration mechanisms;
4. Provide effective and efficient service and support for project administration, external funding related activities, initiative communications, and other broad range of events;
5. Analyze statistical information to evaluate the implementation of project/funding, and provide correspondences and various reports.
Job Requirement
1. A university degree in a relevant field of study;
2. A minimum of five years’ working experience and extensive experience at relevant universities is a plus;
3. A track record of experience in building and maintaining external relations;
4. Proven success in facilitating implementation and planning of project/fund management and large event;
5. A professional demeanor with exceptional detail and service orientation;
6. Strong interpersonal skills and English proficiency in oral and written communication.
