崗位職責(zé): Job Purpose 1. Plan and direct the finance function of GSC China to ensure best practice and consistency achieved in all aspects of the finance function. 2. Maintain HSBC Finance internal control standards. 3. Ensure good relationships with all key stakeholders. 4. Set a high standard of continuous staff motivation and leadership to ensure a good work environment leading to committed staff that takes pride in working for the company. Impact on the Business/Function A. Financial reporting 1. Ensure timely provide the comprehensive MI performance review and analysis to GSC China management team and ServCo central Finance team. 2. Give financial insightful analysis to support on decision making. 3. Ensure budget Control is in place and monitor the FRP process timely. 4. Propose control area and action points on the GSC China financial position, assist senior management team to deliver the financial targets. B. Governance and oversight model 1. Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators 2. Implement the Group Compliance Policy, as applicable to the roles 3. Aware the Operational Risk that associated with the role, and to ensure that all actions during the employment with HSBC take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring 4. Lead the initiative on setting up of a robust internal control environment and its ongoing maintenance. Identify areas for reinforcing controls. C. Support on business events 1. Help implementation of the Group Global Processing Strategy by supporting the development of the center 2. Co-ordinate preparation and review of business cases. D. Treasury Management 1. Controlling and monitoring finance requirements and ensure adherence to recharge methodology and billing rationale. 2. Ensure timely billing, Accounts Receivable collection, and minimize and manage overdue debts. 3. Funds management to ensure cash sufficient for the entity. 4. Monitor foreign currency exposure and minimize forex risk. E. Taxation 1. Planning and directing the taxation function of the center. Compliance with local tax laws and monitor developments in regulations. 2. Assist in co-ordination of building an appropriate transfer pricing mechanism. 3. Ensuring best practice and consistency is achieved in taxation. Ensuring good relationships are maintained with relevant external authorities.
任職要求: A. Knowledge 1. A university degree in any discipline. Higher qualification not a bar provided aspirations commensurate with the position 2. CIMA, CMA, ACCA or CICPA holder is preferred Experience 3. 10 years’ experience in financial area, with 5 years management experience in finance/accounting position. 4. Strong knowledge and experience in financial analysis/General ledger/Fixed asset/Accounts receivable/Treasury Management/Tax. 5. Experience with EPR System and familiar with Finance functions is plus 6. Result oriented and can work under pressure. 7. Given the complexities and responsibilities of the position the jobholder must be a seasoned manger with a wide range of skills including dealing with people of different levels and culture. B. Skills 1. Effective interpersonal skills such as influencing, leadership and negotiation skills. 2. Strategic thinking ability 3. Strong organization and planning skills 4. Firm grasp of English is essential 5. Proven experience of successfully handle across a diverse range of processes, with an ability to provide direction and motivation in the rapid change environment 6. Proven record in building and maintaining business relationships and a strong customer service drive 7. Proven process management, improvement and service management skills. 8. Evidence of active participation in establishing and managing effective Operational Risk. 9.
