崗位職責(zé): 1. Develop and articulate the overall creative direction for projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing objectives. 2. Bring fresh direction and insight to creative output, while maintaining HSBC brand and design standards. 3. Lead and mentor the creative team across all the development or production stages, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 4. Partner with Account Servicing team to formulate the brief, set the right direction and consistently assists project management both internal and external aspect. 5. Evaluate the effectiveness of creative outputs, using data and insights to refine strategies and improve future projects. 6. Ensure high quality of work by consistently taking responsibility for one's own work, reviewing it against quality standards, and consistently seeking to achieve zero quality errors. 7. Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, leveraging this knowledge to inspire and drive creative excellence within the team. 8. Build the team's ability to provide better service by regularly reporting project concerns and suggesting ways to resolve them, participating in project reviews, preparing production briefs etc.

Build and maintain team morale; liaise closely with co-Creative leads and Head of Creative Services. 3. Proactively identifies and resolves project issues. 4. Puts the need of the greater team ahead of his/her own needs, ensuring the team's growth and improvement is of priority. 5. Interview and recruit digital designers for the team. 6. Maintain proficiency in current versions of software required for performing duties within HSBC. 7. Coordinates with the Head of Creative Services in mentoring and assigning training to team members. 8. Puts emphasis and acts upon the HSBC purpose and values. Functional Knowledge: 1. 5-8 years of experience in an advertising / design agency environment / in-house creative team. 2. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. 3. Strong leader with high quality standards, excellent communication and organisational skills. 4. Proven track record conceptualizing and overseeing execution of large campaigns and projects for commercial and corporate brands. 5. Proficient in utilizing various GenAI platforms. 6. Strong video and motion graphic experience. 7. Understand the principles and process of web development (UX/ UI). 8. Soild knowledge of print production. 9. Knowledge of emerging digital experience technologies is an advantage. 10. Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills. 11. Excellent people and social skills, able to lead and motivate a team. 12. Excellent working knowledge of industry standard design software. 13. Display professional, articulate, and mature presence in all aspects of team & client relationship. 14.
