Validate order accuracy & pricing compliance; ensure SLA fulfillment and approve high-value orders, special discounts, and delivery timelines 核驗訂單準(zhǔn)確性與定價合規(guī)性,保障服務(wù)等級協(xié)議(SLA)履約,審批高價值訂單、專項折扣及交付排期 3. Resolve escalations from sales teams and key customers promptly 快速響應(yīng)銷售團隊及核心客戶的問題升級,維護客戶滿意度 4. Drive performance of core KPIs: Sales Fulfillment Rate, Order Accuracy Rate, Delay Rate 推動訂單達成率、準(zhǔn)確率、延誤率等核心 KPI 提升 5. Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to align priorities and optimize processes 聯(lián)動銷售、計劃、物流、財務(wù)等部門,對齊優(yōu)先級,優(yōu)化流程效率 6. Compile weekly/monthly fulfillment reports with actionable insights for stakeholders 編制周 / 月度履約報告,輸出可落地的業(yè)務(wù)洞察 7. Manage, coach, and develop the team to meet KPI targets and training requirements 通過系統(tǒng)化培訓(xùn)、績效管理和日常輔導(dǎo),管理并提升團隊能力,確保團隊達成 KPI 指標(biāo)并滿足培訓(xùn)與合規(guī)要求
